Shumi Winery

“Shumi Winery” is located in Tsiandali, a village in the Kakheti region, Shumi produces ecologically clean products: grape juice, vegetables, Georgian endemic wheat and bread products, fruits, honey, churchkhela, cheese, etc. The largest private vineyards in the world are located in Shumi, where guests will learn about the history of Georgian viticulture and  history of  winemaking. The vineyard is bordered by an ethnographic corner, where visitors are introduced to Georgian gastronomic traditions, including endemic varieties of wheat, and used in traditional dishes.
