Evaluation Criteria:

1. Guest Experience and Comfort: room comfort, layout, livability, cleanliness, attention to detail, maintenance, satisfaction reviews and feedback;
2. Service Quality: customer journey, check-in and out procedures, housekeeping standards, hospitality;
3. Facilities and Amenities: fully equipped kitchen, laundry access, workspace, storage, connectivity, Wi-Fi, TV, entertainment, nearby services (gym, parking, dining);
4. Suitability for Extended Stays: services, layout, facilities, equipment, loyalty offers, discounts, flexible booking options;
5. Design and Atmosphere: interior design, aesthetics, practical layout, style, comfort, sense of place/location;

Eligibility Requirements:

• Must operate in Georgia and be registered;
• Must have provided the experience for at least a year;
