Who Can Apply:

 

  • Hospitality businesses in Georgia;
  • Both independent businesses and those within larger chains or groups can apply, as long as the level of service exceeds expectations;

 

Evaluation Criteria:

 

  1. Quality of Service: Professionalism, attentiveness, and responsiveness to guest needs;
  2. Personalized Guest Experience: Tailoring the service to meet individual guest preferences and creating memorable moments;
  3. Consistency: High service standards maintained across various touchpoints and throughout the guest’s journey;
  4. Hospitality Excellence: Warmth, friendliness, and approachability of staff;
  5. Guest Feedback: Positive reviews, testimonials, and repeat customers;
  6. Problem-Solving & Flexibility: Ability to handle challenges and exceed guest expectations in difficult situations;
  7. Training & Development: Evidence of staff training and a focus on continuous improvement in service delivery;

 

Eligibility Requirements:

 

  • Must be legally registered and operational in Georgia;
  • Must have been in operation for at least a year;

  • Complete payment within 48 hours of submitting the nomination application form;
  • Send supporting materials: photos, visitor testimonials, short videos (optional), and a brief business or project description within a week of submitting the nomination application form;
