Who Can Apply:
Developers and investors behind hospitality-related real estate projects in Georgia (hotels, resorts, multifunctional tourism complexes, etc.);
Projects completed within the last 5 years or scheduled to open within 12 months from nomination deadline;
Both large-scale and boutique developments are welcome;
Evaluation Criteria:
Architectural & Design Quality: Aesthetic value, innovation, and harmony with the surrounding environment;
Tourism Impact: Contribution to Georgia’s tourism infrastructure and visitor appeal;
Sustainability: Eco-friendly construction, energy efficiency, and green space integration;
Functionality: Efficient use of space, guest comfort, and operational flow;
Economic & Community Impact: Job creation, investment attraction, and local community benefits;
Uniqueness & Vision: Distinctive concept or vision that sets the project apart;
Project Viability: Timeline, financial soundness, and readiness or operational performance;
Eligibility Requirements:
Must be a legally approved and registered project in Georgia;
WTG Team will confirm your registration and will send you invoice and list of required supporting materials;
Complete payment within 48 hours of submitting the nomination application form;
Send supporting materials: photos, visitor testimonials, short videos (optional), and a brief business or project description within a week of submitting the nomination application form;
