Evaluation Criteria:

1. Creativity & Technique : Original recipes, craftsmanship, and execution;
2. Use of Local Ingredients: Incorporation of Georgian spirits, herbs, or seasonal products;
3. Atmosphere & Guest Experience : Ambience, service, and presentation;
4. Recognition & Innovation : Awards, media presence, or innovative bar concepts;
5. Sustainability: Eco-friendly practices and responsible sourcing;

Eligibility Requirements:

• Must be registered and operating legally in Georgia;
• Must be operational at least a year;
