Concept & Cohesion: Consistency of design from public spaces to guest rooms;
Guest Comfort & Functionality: Balance between visual appeal and usability;
Creative Use of Materials & Space: Innovative and sustainable design solutions;
Atmosphere & Ambience: Emotional and sensory impact on guests;
Brand Identity: Design aligned with the hotel’s overall concept and marketing;
