Who Can Apply:

 

  • Restaurants in Georgia specializing in modern or contemporary cuisine;
  • Chef-led restaurants, fusion cuisine venues, or fine-casual dining concepts;
  • Independently owned or part of a restaurant group with a strong emphasis on culinary creativity;
  • Hotel restaurants;

Evaluation Criteria:

 

  1. Culinary Innovation: Creative use of ingredients, presentation, and technique;
  2. Menu Design: Balanced, seasonal, and reflective of contemporary trends;
  3. Chef’s Vision: Clear leadership and culinary philosophy;
  4. Quality & Consistency: High standards across all guest experiences;
  5. Ambience & Service: Modern, stylish atmosphere and attentive service;
  6. Guest Feedback: Positive reviews and recognition from local and international visitors;

Eligibility Requirements:

 

  • Must be legally registered and operating in Georgia;
  • Must have operated for at least a year;

  • WTG Team will confirm your registration and will send you invoice and list of required supporting materials;
  • Complete payment within 48 hours of submitting the nomination application form;
  • Send supporting materials: photos, visitor testimonials, short videos (optional), and a brief business or project description within a week of submitting the nomination application form;
